S.tierra Operatives Assault Recon or SOAR is a unit (most of the time mentioned as a 'squad') composed of
members known as 'operatives'. The unit was formed on November 4, 2007 with members mostly from
Rapid Reconnaissance Tactical Snipers / Squad (RRTS [disbanded]) operating under Team S.Tierra.
