S.tierra Operatives Assault Recon (SOAR) - Team S.Tierra Squad

S.tierra Operatives Assault Recon or SOAR is a unit (most of the time mentioned as a “squad”) composed of
members known as “operatives”. The unit was formed on November 4, 2007 with members mostly from
Rapid Reconnaissance Tactical Snipers / Squad (RRTS [disbanded]) operating under Team S.Tierra.

Though under Team S.Tierra jurisdiction, SOAR operates on different locations and in any events.
SOAR doesn’t need to be complete in terms of members when attending operations (games). At least, only
one operative is present w/c he / she will represent the unit. It doesn’t mean a thing whether SOAR accomplish
a mission or not. What matters is the unit was “there” and it did had a good time exchanging bullets (6mm bb)
with fellow airsoft players and will live another day to tell another great story.

SOAR’s mission statement is simple. “To have fun w/o violating the rights of others”. SOAR practice the word
“elite”. But the battle-related word elite is just the last thing. For SOAR, elite means honest and a better person.
Attitude comes first in the community of Airsoft. Every action SOAR does defines a SOAR member. SOAR aims
to explore every gamsite available as long as the unit meets the certain requirements like transportation,
expenses, venue, time and most of all, the mood of an Operative.

SOAR was also known before as "Special Operatives Assault Recon"
